If you missed it in theatres earlier this year, get ready for a nail-biting weekend binge! The highly talked-about Bollywood survival thriller Tu Yaa Main, starring the critically acclaimed Adarsh Gourav and rising star Shanaya Kapoor, has officially made its way to the digital world.
Directed by Bejoy Nambiar and backed by Aanand L. Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions, the film initially hit theatres on February 13, 2026. Now, after a successful theatrical window, the movie is finally available for streaming. Here is everything you need to know about the Tu Yaa Main OTT release, its crazy plot, and where you can watch it right now!
When and Where to Watch 'Tu Yaa Main' on OTT?
Get your popcorn ready (and maybe a blanket if it’s scary). The movie Tu Yaa Main is now available to stream on Netflix.
The survival thriller started streaming only on Netflix on April 10, 2026. If you have a Netflix subscription, you can log in and watch the movie in high definition from your home.
What is the Plot of 'Tu Yaa Main'?
If you think this is just another typical Bollywood romance, think again! Tu Yaa Main is an official remake of the critically acclaimed 2018 Thai survival thriller, The Pool. The story follows two young content creators—Maruti (Adarsh Gourav) and Avani (Shanaya Kapoor). After wrapping up a shoot at a deserted, luxurious resort, Maruti falls asleep on an inflatable raft in a massive, 6-meter-deep swimming pool. When he wakes up, the water has been drained to a level where he cannot climb out.
Avani falls in while trying to help him, leaving both of them trapped in the deep, empty concrete pit with no food, no water, and no cell service. But that’s not even the worst part. Things take a terrifying turn when a deadly crocodile crawls into the pool with them. What follows is a brutal, exhausting fight for survival against time, nature, and a hungry predator.
The Cast: Adarsh Gourav and Shanaya Kapoor Shine
The movie relies heavily on the physical and emotional performances of its two leads, who carry almost the entire runtime on their shoulders.
Adarsh Gourav (The White Tiger, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan) once again proves his incredible acting range, delivering a physically demanding and gritty performance as a man pushed to his absolute limits.
Shanaya Kapoor steps completely out of her glamorous comfort zone, delivering a surprisingly intense performance as she battles exhaustion, injuries, and a giant reptile.
Why You Should Stream It This Weekend
Bollywood rarely experiments with the "creature-feature" survival genre. If you are a fan of movies like Crawl, The Shallows, or Fall, this Indian adaptation will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat. With Bejoy Nambiar’s slick direction and a crisp runtime, it makes for the perfect late-night weekend thriller on Netflix.
